Every year it gets worse. It seems that the community college that both my daughters have attended is steadily becoming a hotbed of liberal teachers.
This time it's an America hating, military hating, obama loving history professor. Im sick of this crap and I'm making a stand. I wanted to get with the freeper brain trust to plan the best course of action.
I havent done anything. I suspect if I complain to the dean nothing will happen, because I think the nut doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm sure someone out there has experience dealing with this sort of thing. All I want is for teachers to teach, not attempt to indoctrinate. They've tried with all three of my children and have failed miserably, but how many times have they succeded?
Why are you sending your children to liberal colleges? There are better options.
Best = http://www.collegeplus.org/ (much cheaper and better)
Good = Christian or Conservative college
It has been my experience that there are very few professors that can handle being corrected even in a respectful manner. If you want to pay for college just so your child can have intellectual debate then go ahead and challenge, but if you actually want a degree don’t.
Spouting liberal nonsense is not a crime. However, if you can prove guilt in something that would cost their job, you might be able to succeed in getting rid of the one professor, only to be replaced by another liberal. And there will almost surely be undesired consequences.
1960 was too late; the popular liberals who can cajole only those as gullible as the American people were already in droves in D.C. by 1933.
They need to be exposed.
I do now. Why?
Yeah we get that all the time. San Jacinto College in Houston.
College educations, while becoming more irrelevant daily, are still required. My daughter knows better than to pursue a degree in sociology, or womens studies, or parapsycology, or whatever the flavor of the day is. She’s pursuing ag business, which is a lucrative degree, especially here in Texas.
Ideally, you need to check that your daughter is aware of Congress's Section 8-limited powers because schools aren't teaching Section 8 like they should be.
Reading
Writing
Arithmetic
The federal government's constitutionally limited powers
However, as Ouchthatonehurt cautioned, I recommend that your daughter be careful about getting her liberal professor up to speed on Section 8 because it can get her into problems if she needs to maintain her GPA.
Regarding Section 8, note that the Supreme Court has clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue which Congress cannot justify under its Section 8-limited powers.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
So the corrupt feds are taxing and spending for a lot of things that they cannot justify under their Section 8-limited powers.
