I’m going to have to tear myself away from my Tanya Huff novels and get more comix.
So far, her stories have included a 450 year old vampire who still looks 17, a family of
werewolves, a 5,000 year old mummy with ties to Osiris, and a rather friendly ghost.
And those were just the Vickie Nelson stories.
I’m reading the first volume of a trilogy about guardians of normalcy who protect the
world from Hell and its demons. The story also has a ghost and a vampire rock singer.
Huff is alternately serious and humorous, and she can sure turn a tale.
Goblins is a great comic - you can buy the books, or read the whole thing free online.
Book-wise, the Dresden Files are great.
Her Child of the Grove dualogy and Circle of Darkness, Circle of Light are also rather good.
