That was fast. Should have never gone to a Grand Jury.

IMO, mandatory drug testing should be instituted....too many car wrecks. How many of those drivers are high during a race?

This was a very sad event, a total tragedy.
But it was not Stewart’s fault. This is a heart breaking case where the victim was the person at fault primarily. Tough for the families of both men.

I thought a grand jury should see the evidence.
I mentioned in my past post that it would indict or not indict.
I have no dog in this fight.
The fact that the Grand Jury did not indict will actually help Stewart.

What took so long? I don’t care if you’re mad, glad or sad, If you walk out into an active auto race track you take your own self out.

Ward should have never gotten out of the car. It was not on fire, he unfortunately put himself in harms way.

Maybe, Al Sharpton is looking in the possibility that Kevin Ward could have been a white black.

What wrecks are you referring?
Most big league racing like NASCAR & Indy League require drug test.

Banjguy is old, probably picks with a jar of shine next to him.

In some states getting no-billed by the GJ will protect you from civil suits.

“How many of those drivers are high during a race?”
My unscientific estimate would be ZERO.
