The Alaska man who divulged details about the bizarre brawl that broke out between the Palin family and a large group of other inebriated snowmobile enthusiasts has been fired from his job for the revelation, according to a bombshell report.
Eric Thompson gave his account of the bizarre fight, which occurred earlier this month at a birthday party in Anchorage, on ABC’s “Good Morning America," prompting his boss at a local paving company — which was affiliated with the party — to fire him from his job.
He is now seeking work and has posted an unusual, but emotional, YouTube video — it shows Thompson holding up a “Won’t Work 4 Palin” sign and making a plea for job offers — to “get the word out that the Palins do have a lot of political power and can get you fired for telling the truth,” he told the Alaska Dispatch News.
To date, Thompson is the only person in attendance at the Sept. 6 brawl who has revealed any details of the strange fracas.
Despite the consequences of his first disclosure, however, Thompson went on to share with the Dispatch News even juicier details about the house-party-gone-awry.
Thompson said about 70 people attended the party at the home of Korey Klingenmeyer, an office manager for McKenna Bros. Paving — where Thompson had worked — to celebrate the birthdays of the company’s owners, Marc and Matthew McKenna.
The Palin family, who had been invited along with other snowmobile enthusiasts, showed up at the party between 8:30 and 9:00 that night, Thompson said, in a Hummer stretch limousine.
Later that night, Thompson said, the fight broke out.
It started when Palin’s 25-year-old son Track Palin got into it with the son of one of Thompson’s friends.

They make ice roads in the winter. Up north, there are about three weeks in the fall and three weeks in the spring where they can’t do anything, but it’s good to go otherwise.

Of course Thompson had no political motivation in telling the story. He's politically pure as the Alaskan driven snow.

What power does an out of office Sarah Palin have over the McKennas? Perhaps the McKennas didn't appreciate having their name splashed over the national media and put the blame where it belongs, on their ex employee.
This man gave no thought at all that this was an OFFICE PARTY.
What he showed was that this place of business does not have the sense to keep personal matters private.
He may have thought he was sharing juicy Palin gossip, but he was actually sharing personal details about the owners of the business that hired him. He negatively impacted the reputation of McKenna Bros. Paving.
He deserved what he got.
