It doesn’t seem to have been premeditated. They already got him on 3 counts of attempted 2nd degree murder.

Angela Corey strikes again.

I have negative feelings towards people when they roll up beside me at a gas station etc, and think I want to hear their “music”

I do not know all the circumstances in this case??

Oh, man, that LOUD RAP! It is so satanic! We lived in Claremont Ca for a year on a busy street, Indian Hill Blvd, at the traffic light on 10th street. If I had the window open or if I were outside, and a car drove by with open windows, RAP “music” blasting, it was like what I would think they would play in Hell to keep the demons alert. It was AWFUL! Made you angry just to hear it, without hearing the words.

Loud music isn't a good reason to shoot somebody. But the things that young punks (of *all* colors/ethnicities) might say or do when told to turn *down* that music can be.As is the case in many cases like this (Saint Trayvon, the Gentle Giant and this kid,for example) I,as a juror.would want to see the objective evidence presented *as well as* as much background info on the dead person *and* the shooter. When the objective evidence presented is vague, conflicting, etc that background info can be very helpful.

The jury believed that he was not justified. No weapon was found in the vehicle, but then, none was looked for until long after it could have been ditched. One of the people in the back seat was a convicted felon, so there was motivation for the ditching of a weapon. All of that may have been brought up at trial. It is easily understandable as to why there would not be a first degree murder conviction.

What is interesting is that these sort of cases are extremely rare. The old media actively searches for these cases, and presents them as if they are common. In fact, they are very, very rare.

The other side of the coin, where the interracial violence is the other way around, with white people attacked by blacks, is much more common, and tends to be ignored by the MSM.
