Boehner chased McDermott thru the courts for years and ended up getting a decision against him...and a fine.
Notice how you almost never see McDermott on TV anymore? He used to be all over the place.
But her immoral choices may dent her income a bit.
From the days that the, then, local ‘bulletin board service’ obtained it’s charter from the federal government, to gain access to ‘the new computer connection called the internet’, in 1993, to today, the admonishment most ignored is:
“Once you put something on there, it will be there forever, and there is not one person alive, that will not be able to see that, at some time in their life!”
Who on Earth ever thought putting something personal online was a good idea?
I know what I do isn’t safe either, being that I print photos and place them in a booklet. But I’ve got a thing against even normal photos all going online.
I put my nude photos in the cloud and no hits.
Of course, there’s no right action on the part o the hacker. I don’t condone them in the slightest. The Internet is not a “safe” place for information however.
Guess you’re not a blue painted X-Men star then.
something to consider
I can sympathize. I’ve been posting nude photos of my self for years with the same result; no result. I have gotten desperate lately, increasing the number of photos, changing lighting, changing angles, still no results. I’m very discouraged and am beginning to feel discriminated against.
I did receive a letter from google, apple, and MS threatening to disconnect me if I don’t remove the photos.
This is not, was not, in any way shape or form the fault of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Hudson, etc. The only responsible party is the scumbag burglar, whether physical or electronic, who broke in and stole her folder or shoebox of pictures.
Moral responsibility lies with anyone who views these pictures knowing that they've been stolen from that shoebox. It is NO different.
You assume a lot!
So...you think it's immoral to take a picture of what one sees in the mirror?
You got letters? Gee whiz, I never got nothing. Even Google Analytics is ignoring my pics.
I agree with that, or course, but I’m sure we are all more exposed that we realize.
I myself was the victim of identify theft long before anyone called it that, long before Al Gore invented the internet.
Someone stole my checkbook and I just had a million problems as a result. It only cost me time and aggravation, but plenty of both of those.
Most people who break into homes, I have had it happen, steal my machete, my mantelpiece, or jewelry, why? Probably because I am not some big celebrity, and they wouldn’t be valued at anything. The only reason why I didn’t get an identity theft from that was because my main identity stuff was either outside te home with me or ignored in favor of my wife’s jewelry or my souvenir machete.
It was online but it’s still theft, so I still agree that the hacker was anything but decent. In fact, never had a fondness for the hardcore hackers anyways, so narcissistic, so living in their tiny world.
Ok, Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s pics were taken by/for her husband, and were deleted years ago.
I believe she deserves sympathy and whoever did this needs to go to jail, same as the jerk who hacked into Sarah Palin’s e-mail.
Here is Jennifer Lawrence naked (not really). She looks kinda blue in this one.... : )

After researching using google I cannot find any real naked photos of her..... They have disappeared.
Yeah, I’m not going to believe any of this till I see the evidence!
