Officer in Shooting Will Not be Charged [Rumor]
Posted on 08/20/2014 9:02:20 AM PDT by Doctor 2Brains
Chris Plante just reported on his radio show that The Viper (a rock radio station in St. Louis that CORRECTLY broke the autopsy news) is reporting that they have it on good authority that the shooting victim's accomplice in the strong arm robbery has now admitted that the gentle giant charged the cop and tried to take his gun, and that the cop will not be charged.

Spike Lee is deeply saddened, and urges his Ferguson followers to lynch Darren Wilson anyway.

Prayers up for the young man, if true, who now says that Brown charged the cop. He’s going to need protection.

I think it’s dangerously irresponsible to announce this in advance of any official action or announcement. The feds might arrange for the “snitch” to disappear.

Well they will be in for a big surprise. That robbery video will help to end this circus. Open and shut case.

They need to keep them stirred up until November 4th.
After that it doesn't matter.

Maybe the “gentle giant’s” accomplice in the strong-arm robbery was offered immunity if he would tell the truth about the confrontation with the cop. I think that would be a worthwhile tradeoff.

Holder and FedGov will simply charge him under some Civil Rights statute, ruin his life, his career and bankrupt him That's not just a likely thing. It's guaranteed to happen.

Maybe they just mean that the officer will not be charged for his bad marksmanship. WTH? 5 shots to the arm? I dont think that is what he was taught in police training. More like three to the chest and two to the head. Spoken like a tacticool warrior who is excellent at poking holes in paper targets at a range.
You do realize that he had just been punched in the head and one of his eyes was out of commission and he was still reeling from the punches to his head?

Anyone who tells the truth about this case is in danger.

Gov Nixon will appoint a special prosecutor and empanel a new grand jury. They have to have an indictment to settle things down while keeping the unrest going.

Bad marksmanship? The national average of hits in shots fired by police is 17%. Wilson hit six out of six. That’s 100%.

FWIW, on another thread someone hypothesized that the police officer might have been blinded and/or dazed from that eye injury.

Lady Liberty had better put on her riot gear.

WithHolder is there to help with a civil rights lawsuit - which I have no doubt will happen. The Obamareich doesn't want a criminal prosecution, which will surely exonerate the cop, because that will make the civil rights case harder to pursue (e.g. George Zimmerman).
A "no indictment" situation will be the green flag for the Reich to intrude into a state affair with the full power of the Federal Government.
