Chris Plante just reported on his radio show that The Viper (a rock radio station in St. Louis that CORRECTLY broke the autopsy news) is reporting that they have it on good authority that the shooting victim's accomplice in the strong arm robbery has now admitted that the gentle giant charged the cop and tried to take his gun, and that the cop will not be charged.

The Obamareich doesn't want a criminal prosecution, which will surely exonerate the cop, because that will make the civil rights case harder to pursue (e.g. George Zimmerman).
