As criminal investigators say, “Witnesses lie, but forensic facts do not.” He had no entry wounds. (That’s according to two autopsies, but the feds haven’t had a, uh, shot at the body yet so it may have one when they get done.)
In any event, if the friend lied about the back-shooting, he was probably lying about the “hands up” as well.
Not only that, where is the Welcome Wagon, the Rotary Club, the Shriners and Ladies Who Lunch & the Red Hats? Where is NASCAR, the Professional Bowlers Association, Up With People and the Society of American Florists? Where are the National Association of Independent Real Estate Brokers, Lutheran Social Services and the Hispanic National Mortgage Association and the Gay and Lesbian International Sport Association? Huh?
