A preliminary autopsy commissioned by the family of Michael Brown suggests that there was no sign of a struggle in his death, and that all but one of at least six gunshot wounds in his body were likely survivable, according to Dr. Michael Baden, a renowned New York forensic pathologist who performed a private autopsy after a Ferguson, Mo., police officer killed the unarmed, black 18-year-old.
Baden said in his preliminary autopsy that he believes Brown would not have been able to survive the bullet that hit at the top of his head and traveled through his brain.
Appearing Monday before reporters in the sanctuary of the Greater St. Mark Family Church in St. Louis, Baden and three of the familys attorneys went through the diagram of Browns wounds that was released with the autopsy.

I was listening to interviews with ‘black’ Ferguson residents (resident=lived/worked there, paid taxes) and the woman kept repeating,”This ain’t about Mike, This ain’t about Mike. These people came her because they saw an opportunity to steal.”
In any case, if Brown was far enough away from Wilson to run at Wilson then how does that mesh with the narrative that Brown and Wilson were in close contact and 'struggling' with each other?
Are you following me here? I'm saying that the police narrative simply doesn't fit what we're being told about the facts.
“What cop is going to risk his job, family, pension, and his family well-being by killing someone in cold blood?”
Here’s a few names for you:

Do you know how far Mike got running away before he turned around ?
Do you know where his little buddy Dorian was ?
13 people.
Look. I know there are corrupt cops. I just don’t know about stupid ones as the ‘eyewitnesses’ in this case would describe.
Is this on audio somewhere? Because this is the first I've heard of this.
he supposedly landed a couple of feet in front of the officer shell casings should show that
Do you know who I'm talking about ?
the struggle was near the car earlier before the thug ran away then came back
The Ferguson PD had purchased two dash cams, but could not afford to have them installed in their cars. I have verified the purchases, and the source for that information came from the Ferguson Chief of Police.
wouldn’t it be great if the officer had his own bodycam on?...
Did Dr. Baden-Baden do a medical exam on the Officer to check for injuries?
Noooooooo. Piss-poor witness for the thug & FOM(Friends of Mikey).
I do understand that Officer Wilson did go to the hospital, for treatment and had photos taken. Ala George Zimmerman.
But you may recall that the initial reports (documented here on FR) said that the struggle was what justified the shooting. Then the official story changed after more facts got out. Now it wasn’t the struggle but the supposed charging of Brown that justified the shooting.
Again, if this was a private citizen explaining to the police what had transpired at a shooting and then their story changed as facts surfaced could you see someone like Officer Wilson having a problem with that?
And on Friday the Ferguson PD said that ‘four to six’ shots had been fired. That really tweaked me because cops KNOW how many rounds are in their pistols.
Why would he steal a box ($49.95) of 'rellos' (hood slang for cigarellos, tiparellos, and flavored 'tobacco' wraps) ?
Why would he strongarm the store owner ?
Why would he hit the officer in the face?
Why would he try to take the officer's gun?
Maybe PCP laced blunts had something to do with it ?
I was in a car wreck and had my eye socket fractured. It took an hour for my face to swell up, and there was no surface damage to the skin.
I never felt initial struggle justified a subsequent shooting of fleeing suspect danger has passed, however running back towards officer after hitting him is stupid and justifies and requires self defense unless you prefer to get your brains beat out rather than shoot...I know what I would do..
(satire, maybe, follows)
He only wrote that because he was afraid he had OD'd on PCP. That's why he decided to go get Dorian and head to the Liquor store to pick up some 'rellos'. Ya know, like people who do coke to come down off meth ?
Given that Dr. Baden is a forensic pathologist then his examining Officer Wilson would not be good news for Officer Wilson.
I’ve been noticing your posts on this incident over the past few days and was curious.
DO you really believe this happened just like Mike’s pal Dorian said to the media ?
