FULL TITLE: Enraged female motorist 'bites' tow truck driver and smashes windows as her prized SUV is taken away for repossession
A female motorist has been accused of savagely biting a recovery man after he arrived at her home to tow away her vehicle for repossession.
Lakeisha Smith, 29, from Spartanburg, South Carolina, flew into a rage on Sunday evening when Scott Fowler came to pick up her prized Cadillac Escalade, with part of the event caught on camera.
Cell phone-filmed footage shows her trying to drive the luxury SUV off the tow truck before manically smashing in all of the windows with a tire iron.

Those aren’t original equipment wheels. Either she or somebody else put the pimp wheels on it. Probably didn’t buy it new, and Cadillac Jack down on the corner already had them on when he set it on the lot.
In that case, if she was not making the payments, she really should be p**ed off at her boyfriend for falling past due.
My guess is that she and her BF had a fight about this afterwards. You wonder too, what the BF does for a living that he could realistically afford such luxury vehicles.
Well, as others here have said, some dealers are very willing to give loans to those with bad credit. Maybe that’s what happened here.
Obama missed a payment.
The life of a Repo Man is always intense.
> Youre right. I remember hearing grinding. At the time I think she revved it in forward, and then pulled it into reverse and revved it again.
She is one seriously agitated and unstable entitlement mind crazy b!tch. She belongs in a jail for a long time. She destroyed a $60,000 Id be willing to bet she never made even $10K payments on at any time.
In regard to the Amish that buy luxury vehicles they don’t pay for - typically they make the first payment then maybe another one or two then stop. In the past they didn’t put tracking devices in the vehice and git burned real bad. The repo guy would drive to the address and ind out they never lived there or it was their mother’s house or a friend . They’d start calling the phone numbers on the app and find out most were bogus and that the “employment” was confirmed by a “friend”. Nowadays they confirm info on the app better and put tracking devices in the vehicles but some of the ferals disable by disconnecting the power to the unit.
That's the most likely reason for this human suffering. How long before Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid declare it a fundamental human right to a Cadillac Escalade?
“You mean obama forgot to make her payments?”
No, YOU did, whitey.
I actually have no clue.
Maybe it’s just a reduced capacity for impulse control...
dunno.
I’m sure with the right upbringing in the right culture, this tendency would be greatly reduced.
If those wheels are REAL not cheap knock offs the tire and wheel package is worth 4-5K.
Well, the model shown in the pics at the link appears to be from the 2002-2006 era (based on the grille and side-mirrors). So at best, it's 8 years old. It could be 12 years old (really 9 and 13, given that new model years come out about this time of year - so the 2002 would have been out this time in 2001).
Well you’ve certainly got a point there......bro?
That appears to be 2002-2006 model, at least 9 to 13 years old. Depending on condition, it could have sold easily under $15,000.
Even when she bit the tow truck driver? That was way out of line.
Almost? She committed assault and battery (her actions, and biting the repo man), she committed vandalism and destruction of property that wasn't hers. How did she not cross the line into criminal actions?
boy he’s not very political correct. on target tho
A little off the subject, but when I try to play the videos from the Daily Mail and others, nothing happens. YouTube, however, works fine. I run Windows 7 and IE 11. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance...
If the cop had arrested the thing, it would have lead to an unlawful repo and the bank would likely have had to return the car to that ABF. (Angry Black Female)
After the fact - there is nothing now that prevents the driver from filing charges against the she-beast. But at the time - the repo agency was better off not getting the law involved.
I’ve been in the repo business (banking side) for over 15 years. There’s a lot to know about self-help repossessions and how to be successful.
I didn’t watch the video or even read the full article, but I do suspect the driver made plenty of mistakes that resulted in this altercation.
From my short stint as a landlord there are some people who know how to work the system and get out of paying what they should. Because they know it will cost too much to sue them.
She’s had TWO other repos, one in 2011 and another in 2012? Who continues to allow this woman to lease vehicles? Or is this an affirmative action requirement?
