Yeah, I guess I was prosletyzing for Cucuzzi..Also, he has given me bookhoos (sp) of sweet potatoes in the past.

I'm making homemade ice cram right now...My neighbor asked me when I borrowed her ice cream maker if I was making a tomato sorbet, or if I had found a tromboncino or cucuzza ice cream recipe.

My uncle had an old ice cream maker (the kind you put ice/rock salt in & hand cranked) and my aunt cooked up the custard on the stove, then they put in fresh peaches. It was ice cream heaven - never have had anything so good in the years since. It was always a treat to get to their house & hear it was ‘ice cream’ for dessert.
