Let the f’n snake clean his own cage.
Somehow human beings establishing a sanctuary for deadly cobra snakes on a continent that is not their natural habitat and being in close proximity to those snakes seems a bit bizarre.
+1... no, +2!
wanna be a snake cage cleaner ?
get your degree online now at Reptile University.
our grads are in high demand at snake joints everywhere.
That snake needs a room mate: a mongoose.
If you have a venomous snake you should also be required to keep serum on hand
Negligent as well as stupid
My guess, it’s someone’s abandoned pet snake.
I thought they could milk the venom out of those snakes.
No, this is one of those insane places that collect out of place and dangerous creatures just for the Hell of it.
Probably tax supported at some level.
Just turn the d@mned thing loose in the Everglades
“A spectacled cobra bit the hand of a worker”
Well for gosh sakes isn’t there some government program that can get the poor animal contacts? You know how vane cobras are. It probably won’t wear its spectacles and can’t see.
I would expect zero to comment on this immediately!
Calling Rikki-Tikki-Tavi!
The dude went to lay the snake into the cage, he did the ol 1...2...3, then dropped it in, grabbed the lid to place on top and this mamba jamba snake struck him right in the belly.
The look on his face was priceless. He knew...I just screwed the pooch on this one.
I think he lived, but was hospitalized for like a decade. lol
These snakes need to be killed the moment they're discovered.
Bored with pitbulls, black market venomous snakes have become the must-have accessories among south Florida drug dealers and those who admire them. Eventually, many of their owners quickly figure out that keeping these reptiles might not end well and so they let them loose. And in a comfortable climate free of natural predators, they're thriving.
Thanks Floritards!
I saw that episode...the guy nearly bought the farm.
I know all the snake haters would suggest some manly way to destroy it,...but damn, I think cobras are cool as hell..
Read about the ecological disaster that released pythons are having in the Everglades and other Florida wetlands. Always wondered why instead of killing feral cats, it would be better to neuter them, feed them python meat for a week and then release them in the Everglades. Not saying they would always win against mature pythons but cats are very canny hunters and would probably destroy a lot of python nests. Pythons have no natural enemies in North america.
“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed;....” Genesis 3:15
“Pythons have no natural enemies in North America.”
That is incorrect. I am a natural enemy.
