Gwyneth Paltrow is causing controversy again with a statement on her lifestyle website Goop about her belief that water might have feelings.
The 41-year-old actress, who recently split from her husband Chris Martin, endorsed the work of Japanese doctor Masuru Emoto, who has published several books on the theory that human consciousness can change the structure of water.
"I have long had Dr. Emoto's coffee table book on how negativity changes the structure of water," Paltrow wrote on her blog. "How the molecules behave differently depending on the words or music being expressed around it."

She was kind of cute on that series where her and Mario Batali ate their way through Spain:

But standing next to Mario, anyone could be cute.
I’m sure you are right. And I bet her “explanation” would be drowning in ditzy, esoteric nonsense.

I just happen to be selling the finest Negative-Insensitive, Structurally-Sound Bathwater in the world, for $1 mil. per 55 litre drum.
Organic Gardening magazine for years carried a full page advertisement every issue advertising water from some upstate NY source that had been treated/encouraged to change the H-O-H angle from its usual angle and somehow altered water had marvelous health properties.
I did wonder how a crank could afford to buy a full page ad years on end but it helped keep the magazine going.
Gee a self involved actress with an inflated sense of self worth. That’s unusual. :-)
I wonder if she gave up huffing spray paint before it affected her mental facilities ...
Liberal simpletons like Paltrow will buy into anything.<<
In context, many people believe that water can change. Prayer, Holy Water, Lourdes etc. were the objects of what Dr. Emoto was trying to get at. His pictures of the changes in crystals of water were interesting, but not rigorous.
I don’t expect high science from Gw. Paltrow, but too many people buy into the healing properties of to single her out. I don’t usually get my science from her, so I’m not unhappy with her comment. But I don’t get my politics from Brittany Spears either.

LOL, that is true har
“I thought I was having an auditory hallucination.”
Usually, your first instinct is correct, Gwyneth.
Me likey...I'm gonna use that one.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
MY, I, I, Me.
You can have her!
Are you deaf, blind and quadriplegic?
.
You do have to admit though that her head makes a great hat holder!
If the vacuous comments ascribed to her in this thread are accurate, then she obviously spent at least some time in one of our finer colleges.
Dr Emoto?!
Quiet you knaves, a Hollywood actor is teaching us science!
Shes essentially a life support system for vagina
