Happy Thankful Thursday afternoon, Everyone.

I've Been reviewing and comparing health insurance quotes.
ObamaCare sure messed up the health insurance industry.

Our weather cooled down a little due to a rainless storm passing through.
It should warm up again by this weekend but they are not predicting record breaking temps.

I am thankful that my friends continue to stop by and visit.

We are having a stretch of lovely weather in WI. Now there’s something I may have never said before! LOL!

Highs near 80, lows in the 60’s, not too humid.

Thanks for the Bing link in your other comment Meg. I did a Google search before posting to you earlier, was going to post an Orchid back to you and got to looking at the Monkey ones, lol. Unreal all the strange shapes they come in!

Years ago I went to Disney World and there was a rock wall with all kinds of Orchids growing on it. Would have liked to browse it longer but we were heading to get to some ‘show’ on time.

Lovely image Amy and I’m glad to see you being creative as I know you don’t have much time for it. I have all the time but lack the incentive right now, lol. So many ideas for animations, but few appreciate them anyway.

I’ve read a lot of articles around the web with stories of insurance problems with doctors and medications. Obama messed it all up as the uninsured could still get treated at any emergency room when they didn’t have insurance.

Predictions of rain here for two weeks, but no rain!

I wish I had more time to be creative. It is relaxing for me. Maybe when school starts. Right now, FR is helping to keep me busy.

Insurance problems arise because of the Obama penalties for not having insurance. The penalties are outrageous.

Obamacare destroyed any prospect of me have health insurance at all, so now I just have a supplemental policy for Catastrophic (Not in compliance with the ACA, but cheap and a very good plan) and take care of the rest of my expenses myself.

I do not go to the doctor unless extorted into doing so in order to refill a Rx, and eat and drink sparingly, get lots of exercise, and drink a lot of herbal tea.

I will probably be sent to a reeducation camp but I keep my medical costs down to $60.00 a month which beats ANY plan.

People are aghast when I tell them I don’t have health insurance. They act as though I just told them I do not have a flush toilet or running water in my apartment!

Since I am under the poverty level, I don’t think the fine/tax/penalty will amount to much either.

The whole thing is a scam.

Anyway, You are right. Obama ruined it for everybody.

Prayers up for Our fellow citizens in Hilo, Hawaii, who are facing, not one, but TWO hurricanes.

Hilo has a history of tsunamis, and although they do not build close to the water anymore, they are vulnerable.
