Oh, I am so happy to hear that, Meg. Also, glad you are able to enjoy the great weather we’re having.

I cleaned some exterior windows, this weekend....I hope my back doesn’t give me grief about it. The spiders and bugs were building subdivisions along the edges of my patio windows. The little tree frogs, lizards and gecko’s will not be happy I took away their supply ;-)

We also had a guest lead guitar player and guest vocalist. It went beautifully.
It is still in the 90's, but the tent helped!

I have been short on bugs, lizards, geckos this year..also wasn’t plagued with wasps and yellow jackets..Strange absences. I used my old power wash nozzle and hosed off the aliding doors and patio...

The birds have been bathing and eating and entertaining me.
The back isn’t appeased enough for me to make the sliding doors shine..but I can see clearly!

Looks like good shade for hot weather. Just remember..No snow to shovel!

You are right when you wrote Warrenton, Jane. We always spent time eating and browsing in Round Top and just got used to calling the whole thing ‘Roundtop’.

Loved going there, would take a couple of days to see it all!

We still have plenty of those mean ‘ol wasps and yellow jackets. I think they’re even nesting in the bushes....maybe that’s why I haven’t seen my cardinal family, back there, this summer.

I told my hubby that it’s amazing what knocking off some off the dirt will do, for the patio. I did the same thing....took the power sprayer to the entire patio (before I cleaned the windows).
