The feeder should work out great. It may need a bit of tweaking of the dilution of the fert, but once you get it figured out it should be good to go for many seasons.
We are coming back there to visit this week, so I added a timer to an outlet that I had been using manually, and checking others to insure they are functioning properly. After doing all this prep work, we will get rain the entire time we are gone.
I am not using the feeder yet although it is set up and been tested. I just want plane water to get these plantings going. It has worked great in my test. Once the plants get established I will let it feed my tomatoes about once a week - lets see how it goes.
