Be honest: That bacon, egg and cheese breakfast you scarfed down the other day was so delicious youd love to have it for breakfast every morning. But like so many other health-conscious, weight-watching Americans, you just wont allow yourself that indulgence. Instead, you opt for the usual low-fat, low-calorie and (oh-so-bland) oatmeal.

Only way to eat oatmeal is in cookie form
I’ll admit that I’ve tried many different diets over the years. As I pushed into my 50’s i was having more and more problems. The simple fact is that I am healthier than I’ve been in years. My Cholesterol is 119, my bp which has been a problem is down to 130/75 and that’s even right after getting my pulse up to 120 and keeping it there for 30 minutes on a Nordic track. My painful bms are a thing of the past(Sorry about that, probably more than you wanted to know) but since you think I’m a fanatic I need to explain that I’ve gotten better since I started eating WHOLE Foods, plants like Kale, rice, oatmeal, soy or almond milk, potatoes, spagetti, rice, fruit(oranges, dates, bananas, apples,and raisins. I actually have not lost a pound in nearly three years and i feel great! I didn’t feel great before this way of eating started and I have gradually tweeked it. I recently stopped drinking caffeinated coffee( something I have had for 45 years. So if I am a fanatic, so be it. I am a fanatic about my faith as well. As Jesus said,”if you are luke-warm I will spit you out.”
