My cat defends my son during a vicious dog attack and runs the dog off before he can do additional damage.

Cats rule! Dogs drool...
Man that it awesome!
Way to go cat (although I think it’s a dog in disguise).
That dog needs a bullet and nobody loves dogs more than me.
I agree, I would have found a gun fast. Unbelievable.
Amazing how our pets know family.
Came in like a Wolverine.
Amazing kitty!
Would never have believed it without the video.
I bet that cat is still asking itself “what was I thinking?”
Help sometimes comes from unexpected sources. That cat should be dining on tuna for the rest of it’s life.
That cat is a hero.
The dog needs to be put down.
No use for cats,
But in this case I’ll make an exception.
It’s fake.
That’s some amazing film footage.
Good puddy tat!!!
So you’re an authority on what’s “real?”
We need all the saliva glands from the dog ... er, um, to check for the rabies virus. Don’t bring in the dog, just the glands.
Reported on foxnews a minute ago.
My first reaction was that it’s fake, because of the “multi-camera” film footage.
But I’ll wait for some sort of “official” confirmation.
If it’s real — I say, Hero Cat for President!
So how come someone was in a position to catch the dog on camera BEFORE the attack? Surveillance cameras everywhere?
And the dog grabbed only the leg very briefly in the video; there was no evidence in the video on bites to the stomach area as displayed in the after images.
The cat chasing the dog off was convincing, but I think the whole thing was a setup. I suspect that the cat-chasing-the-dog-off routine is a regular occurrence in that neighborhood.
> Its fake.
Then you’ve never seen a cat take on a dog before. It’s classic cat tactics. Race in fast, kick the dog off balance with the hind feet, then go for the kill. In this case the dog ran though.
I trust the voices in my head. They scream that this is staged. And that Nigerian Prince will eventually pay me back.
