Since I quit eating beef regularly, I feel more energy, my blood pressure has dropped towards normal. I still eat beef occasionally but never more than once a week. I have noticed whenever I eat beef, my bowel slows down and that causes many side problems. I am eating a lot of lentils and yellow chick peas, fresh chicken cooked at home, and whole grain bread. This diet is working wonders!
