Wait.... A male student having a picture of a naked boy on his phone can be arrested and charged with child porn but the Library can have a child porn book on the shelves and that is okay?

I have been known to incorrectly shelve inappropriate books in a library. Stealing is over a line that I don’t cross, but putting an inappropriate book on the wrong shelf, behind something that no one is likely to move for years strikes me as an excellent option.
