I've had upper back problems for a couple of days, so I've been moving in slow motion. I've got tons of stuff to do in the garden, but it's happening slowly.

My tobacco plants are not growing quickly enough to suit me, but the newest batch is finally up.

“I’ve had upper back problems for a couple of days, so I’ve been moving in slow motion.”

The left half of my back is usually in muscle spasm but yesterday it was both halves when I woke up. Both are here today but not as bad as yesterday. Yes, I worked outside those days as well as today, but it was sitting in a chair and filling large pots but I was doing it over and over and over, so maybe all that for two days did it. Who knows?

I can’t stop moving, pain or no pain, or the food plants would crash one way or another. I put net over the St. Anne lettuce and the strawberries every evening. If I didn’t do that, kiss them all goodbye to birds/squirrels in the early morning.

Do you know of something you did to cause your back to crash?
