funny, but i never associated the word TREAD with race tires once they went to slicks...

wonder if they will have separation issues where the two compounds join, but it does say they've been used in Atl

Tread = the “sticky/ gripy” part that contacts the road

I voted for

Curtis Turner (obvious choice to me)

Bill Elliot (yes I’ve been to the Dawsonville pool hall)
Benny Parsons
Richard Childress

Thank ya, ma. I thinks FWF would agree that it was an honor, and a privilege to serve.....not that I agree with his mode of transportation;-)

so a group of parts flying in close formation beating the air into submission isn't your preferred mode of flight then

happy dog x 2 cannot sign in to FR. It says his password is invalid. I could live with that but he threatened to move to Benderville and agitate me...

Not really... It's just that when an aircraft is so ugly, and vibrates so much that the Earth rejects it...heck, what can ya say?

Well Sergeant it turns out twas my fault - another “zipper down” moment for me and they seem to be increasing in number lately. It’s one thing to put your user name in the password slot once but to do it several times in three days???? To be in the safe side I’m sending some dog-food to the webmaster. I’ve been hoarding it for myself lately.

At least I still was able to cogitate on all posts filled with wisdom when I couldn’t post….there were a couple to be sure….and dogs that don’t bark are the most dangerous.
