How do I downgrade my iPhone 4 operating system back to IOS6? I cannot stand IOS 7. (Vanity)

I just downloaded IOS 7 on my iPhone, and I cannot stand it. It is draining my battery. I cannot delete messages or voicemails easily. The calendar function is difficult to navigate. I just plain don't like it. I tried to restore a backup, but that only restores contacts and music, not the firmware.
Thanks.

Transfer your playlist with Google. Really easy. Every time you add a song one place it just drops into the playlist in the other.
What exactly are you having trouble with?

I run wifi , Bluetooth and GPS in turned on mode always. Never have a battery drain problem. What device are you using?

I have iOS 6 on my iPhone 5 and have heard enough bad about iOS 7 that I refuse to upgrade. I hope you;re successful.

Why not both? Quite delicious, and should help with the sanity situation as well.

I have had a few calls at work (Help Desk) from people who recently upgraded only to lose their contacts amongst others complaints.
I agree that the flat look is not as good looking as the one with drop shadows. Apple should include both options.

Thank you for your reply. The iPhone is connected to the laptop. It shows up with its own icon as an external drive ie f drive. It will not accept the mp3 file when I try to drag and drop into the f drive. I hope that explained it well enough.

I solved all of my iPhone issues by migrating to an Android based phone.
Not only does the phone cost far less, it performs better and my no-contract carrier is saving me about $500 a year over ATT

You want to hear about frustrating...I was driving to a restaurant yesterday and I was hoping to use the next red light to text my friend that I was running a bit late.
But guess what, I didn't hit a single red light! Nothing but greens all the way to the restaurant. I never had time to send that text.
Ended up I got to the restaurant right on time but damn, was I pissed. You never get a red light when you really need one. I was so angry!

I tried. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink.

Perhaps try converting the file using another program on your computer.
Take it from your phone to another program.
Open it in that program and then save it.
From there transfer it to where you want it to go.

My friend drank. When the power connector stopped working after a year, he was told to buy a new phone.
Not going there.
