“Slower” is a relative term, in relation to other traffic. She was going slower than the vehicle overtaking her and the law requires that she move over to allow safe passing on the left as the highway was designed. No mention of the speed at which either of the vehicles are traveling.

Slower as a relative term stops at the speed limit.

Why is he such a pansy driver that he can’t go past?

Does no one know how to drive?

“She was going slower than the vehicle overtaking her and the law requires that she move over”

What law?

Utter BS.

And if he can’t pass her, how can she go to the right lane?

It’s the same situation.

It proves the truck tailgater simply doesn’t know to take care of himself on the road and his pathetic spin out proved it.
