“She was going slower than the vehicle overtaking her and the law requires that she move over”

What law?

Utter BS.

And if he can’t pass her, how can she go to the right lane?

It’s the same situation.

It proves the truck tailgater simply doesn’t know to take care of himself on the road and his pathetic spin out proved it.

Because she was going only slightly faster than the flatbed truck in the right lane. She might actually have been deliberately matching speed with the flatbed to block the pickup from passing on the right. The right thing to do would have been to put on her right turn signal and, if necessary, back off a bit so she could move right. Then, the pickup could have gone on his way, and she would have had plenty of time to set up for her turn.

But no, her thing is to record incidents to post on YouBoob, and if she couldn't find one, she sure as heck was going to create one.

The law here in CO. And almost certainly another dozen states or more.

As I stated up thread, we here in CO got tired of sanctimonious drivers such as you, and passed a law aimed specifically at your driving habits.
