How is your back today?
“How is your back today?”
I can’t do what I did yesterday with that station or I’d be in the same shape. The nerves are too tender to do that again for that long. I should have stopped before I did. I am walking and there have been times when I couldn’t.
I can’t sit on a hard surface for more than 15-30 min. as that crunches the bones together due to not enough cushion between the bones. If a sit on a hard surface for longer than that, I can’t walk the next day and it’s a pain pill every four hours. I carry a certain kind of cushion if I know I have to sit on a hard surface. I envy people who still have good lower backs. I use a recliner in my house to keep pressure off that place. How is your lower back?
