When Rick told Carol to leave, he no longer was an authority figure at the prison. He had relinquished leadership to the Council. He was not even a member of the Council at that time.
If anyone had the right to tell Carol to leave, it should have been the Council, not Rick.
Rick did what he did to Carol based on what Carol told him so I can see his point of view and agree with that decision.
Just about everybody makes Rick look weak at this point.
Lizzie and Mika were not in the comics, but there were a couple of boys (Ben and Billy) who had a somewhat similar storyline. It was Carl who did what needed to be done in the comics, though.
Glad Chris on TD clarified where the baby was at the end, because I didn’t see her being carried out.
I thought maybe I missed a scene and Lizzie got Judith.
Wrong. Rick of all people should have known what Carol did was to protect
the group.
I was wondering what happened to Judith, too. Good thing they said something on Talking Dead!
Rick was trying to protect Carol, it was her only chance of survival. Tyrese woulda killed her at that point.
I still stand by my comment.
I think what Carol wants more than anything is Daryl back.
Lord knows what he’s into now, though.
Sweet Jesus.
That was the most disturbing episode of the entire series.
Sophia was bad. Herschel was bad. This was the .
Great writin, great acting.
The are no words."
Carole started out as the weakest of the group and now she’s one of the strongest. Even Merle noticed that when he was at the prison.
YES! I thought I was the only one that noticed. Then all of the little mice... It seemed obvious to me, but I’m glad you noticed.
Great job this season by the young actresees Brighton Sharbino and Kyla Kenedy.
It seems much harder on we adults looking at the bottle-necking of our kind and the mistakes and tragedies that bottle-neck us even further.
I’m glad the two girls didn’t internalize it like the cast and we do.
The writers owe us two hopeful episodes after this.
What’s the difference in Rick killing Shane when his life was threatened,
and Carol killing the two when all the groups lives were threatened, as well.
I don’t see a difference. Which for me, made the scene in which Rick
banned Carol from the group kind of hypocritical and did not make sense.
Young stuff. That’s what he is into.
Exactly. And the way he said it...I can’t HAVE you there...
Big jerk.
Talking Dead just made a great point in how Daryl says he was a “nobody” and Carol, a weak housewife, may turn out to be the real leaders in the Z. A.
