The problem is that we don’t get snow much here in Norfolk. When we do get snow, the drivers become idiots and VDOT doesn’t have the equipment to remove it.

And 2 to 4 inches of snow caused all the havoc here. Usually after snow we get a warm spell, but this time it’s stayed below freezing since Tuesday.

Where’s Al Gore with all that global warming he promised us?
