Its the old, “HOW DARE you not put me through, dont you know who my dad is????” schtick Yes. It's manipulative. The classy thing would be to not mention your famous lineage during your audition. (And a member of the Sugar Hill Gang is straining the definition of "famous".)

It’s so obvious that this girl is a ringer. Like that Irish girl a few years back who was a professional with many recordings to her credit (and tattooed sleeves.) Carly something. Smithson?
This Paisely girl, I don't know. I like second chances, but according to Google she had a fairly decent career before she blew it.
