Loved OuterLimits. Best episode and most important to view now: 100 Days of the Dragon.
The two shows that I rue the loss of are Firefly and Farscape.
Quark. Oh my, that was 1977.
Simon: I’m trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won’t kill me in my sleep?
Mal: You don’t know me, son, so let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you’ll be awake. You’ll be facing me, and you’ll be armed.
IIRC, Earth 2 ended at season 2 with a cliff hanger.
Primeval (Brit) and Primeval New World (Canada) were fun series.
How about Awake? Had to do a bit of thinkin’ while watchin’ that.
(You're right about them hiding behind the cars in Jericho! My thought at the time -- "Why didn't they dig in?")
The problem with Awake was that the finale was almost like Pamela’s dream season on Dallas. It was just a dream, so nevermind.
Buck Rogers
I remember watching “Homeboys in Outerspace”. It was so bad that it was funny. It’s on a list of the worst science fiction of all time but I liked it. I think it just survived a whole season.
You only had to blot out the last episode of LOST. They were headed to a satisfying conclusion, then panicked when it became too obvious, and changed the last episode to an ending they promised throughout the series not to use.
don’t tell me it was all a dream?
lol
Nowhere Man, an excellent show, was canceled to make room for the Homeboys.
and how did that work out?
I believe Homeboys lasted half a season.
>> Space hookers you say? I made 1.2 billion ISK running ghost sites and blew it all on strippers, Quaffe and blackjack in Jita.
That show’s been running strong for 10 years now and gets better with the new episodes every six months. The Dust 514 spin off seems to be holding its own, and the upcoming Valkyrie won’t hurt it either.
I agree with your assessment of Star Trek Enterprise. I couldn’t invest in the Time Wars plot line.
At least Alien Nation had several movies come out later, furthering the plot.
