Those DNA tests are questionable. The only good test is genealogical research.
They’ve had German Shepherds declared to be Chihuahuas. Completely unreliable.

I had a similar discovery a year ago... I thought I was half German and half Norwegian. It turns out that I am half German, 3/8 Norwegian, and 1/8 Sioux Indian. There were a lot fewer entertainment options available during those long North Dakota winter nights back in the day.

My wife and I bought that DNA test kit. Although she was born and raised in England and looks completely Anglo-Saxon, she found out she has a black ancestor from about 500 years ago. I found out I have some east Asian ancestor more in the distant past than hers (the Mongol hordes?). So what? I suspect there are many more people who sincerely believe they’re “purebreds” of some sort.

If his family has been here for centuries, it wouldn't be surprising if he were part Black or part Indian.
In the same way, most Eastern or Central Europeans may have a little East Asian left over from Genghiz Khan, while Southern Europeans may have some African or Middle Eastern ancestry from the days of Muslim expansion a millennium ago.
But I'm skeptical about these DNA tests -- a lot depends on how you define the categories and how you test for them.
I'm even more skeptical about that website a few years back that presumed to tell how much of each ancestry group celebrities had based on how they looked.
And he only has Caucasian and African ancestry? They'd have sounded more authoritative if they listed any other ancestry groups with small percentages.
