A white supremacist who has been trying to establish an all-white enclave in North Dakota got the shock of his life during the taping of NBCU

LOL! When I was a teenager I went to a Halloween party where a white couple came as a black couple (in blackface), and a black kid came in KKK robes. Afterwards they all rode home on a city bus together.
“White Supremacist Discovers He’s Part Black on Talk Show” Well...which part? |
If he's lucky; its that one certain part just below the belt.
‘m not black, but on a Talk Show I play one!
I was offered the opportunity to have it done for free. When I got the kit and read the agreement I saw that they retain the right to change the terms of the agreement after the fact and to use the gathered data without my consent in the future. Particularly in this NSA world, the last thing I want to do is to voluntarily share my DNA with anyone the government thinks should have it.
I had a similar discovery a year ago... I thought I was half German and half Norwegian. It turns out that I am half German, 3/8 Norwegian, and 1/8 Sioux Indian. There were a lot fewer entertainment options available during those long North Dakota winter nights back in the day.
Ted Danson, iz that you???
For those who don't get the reference, go to Youtube and look for Dave Chapelle, "Black White Supremacist".
Cue Nelson Munz.....
My wife and I bought that DNA test kit. Although she was born and raised in England and looks completely Anglo-Saxon, she found out she has a black ancestor from about 500 years ago. I found out I have some east Asian ancestor more in the distant past than hers (the Mongol hordes?). So what? I suspect there are many more people who sincerely believe they’re “purebreds” of some sort.
Have you looked at the Indian Census rolls? They are available through about 1939 - begin in the late 1890’s. They were taken nearly every year or so.
There’s Arab and theres “Arab”.
The “Arabs” are a very broad range of peoples in fact, that have some pretty extreme genetic gradients (as per IIRC Cavalli-Sforza). The true, original genetic Arab stock is from the south of the Arabian penninsula. The language origins are on both sides of the Red Sea, including the horn of Africa and whats now Ethiopia. This is further complicated by Arab cultural expansion, whereby a lot of non-Arabs (genetically and linguistically) were Arabized. Lots of people THINK they are Arabs, but aren’t except culturally.
Obama is much less truly Arab than a white-appearing Arabic-speaking person of North African Berber stock with little or no original Arab genes. Obamas ancestors mainly spoke a non-Arab language and little direct or recent Arab genetics. Obama himself caught none of the culture in childhood, so he hasn’t got even that.
Outstanding!
He should be the next president.
Yeah, but that doesn’t invalidate the fact that many people have mixed ancestry. Whether the tests are faulty or not, the facts are going back many thousands of years and large groups of different people moving from place to place, obviously many people are going to have a variety of ancestors.
Geneological research is full of fraud because people have a vested interest in lying about who is their daddy.
I vote for the DNA every time.
But there is something to be said for geneology, if conducted in an unconventional manner. Pieter Bothna, leader of the Oxcart wing of the Nationalist Party of the racist Republic of South Africa was found to be descended from a promenent Zulu woman.
The researcher began with her, and traced her 11 children. Although some of her descendants had covered their tracks from them to there ancestry, they hadn’t covered it from their ancestors to them.
And so, by the laws of that time and place, he was not eligble for his office, and could only vote as “colored”.
South Africa as a racist republic died soon afterwards.
He’s more black than President Obama, and the President is considered black. (6%)
DNA testing would certainly have thrown a little kink into Hitler’s plan to define a Master Race, eh?
