Man, do I love that fun infomercial for three hours every day. The one for Rush's book.
When talk radio became an infomercial, I quit listening.
Now I hear about 2 hours a week.
It’s for a good cause. A small step toward reversing the century-long “progressive” indoctrination that has infected America’s young skulls full of mush.
:^)
If you don’t like my complaints, you don’t have to read them.
Hasn’t Limbaugh always been an infomercial for Limbaugh? It works for him. He even convinced people he’s conservative.
LOL!
Limbaugh’s a day late and a dollar short.
I bought Rush’s book for my 9 year old daughter. She read it in one sitting and thanked me profusely for buying it for her...she LOVED it! She will be using the book for one of her book reports this year. Thanks Rush!

The major problem with the way Rush is doing it is the fact he is so toxic - notably with teachers, liberal parents, dems in general. and those teachers and parents will recoil at having their children read or participate in anything having to do with Rush. If he could have been satisfied with just being the author, instead of plastering his face all over the cover, and making himself the main character, the entire enterprise could have probably been much more successful. Now, it is all going to be about him instead of the content, which is pretty much the way it always is with rush. A lost opportunity. I hope I might be wrong.
It’s not only that. The other day I was listening and he used airtime for a Lifelock plug, then he went strait into a commercial break and, what do you, a Lifelock commercial. This was about :50, so I knew there would be no more substance until about :08-:10. I just can’t handle much talk radio because it seems to be about 50% commercials.
the same teachers and parents who think its fine and dandy to give them books on "Heather has Two Mommies" and things even more disgusting.
You think you’ve got it bad listening to those endless commercials for the Rush Revere book. You’re not the only one AND guess what I got for my birthday from my Rush-fan husband? Yes. (Oh yes.)
LOL.
Exactly. And I think they will make it difficult if not impossible for Rush's book to make any inroads or be generally acceptable. There are still a lot of pro-rush families who will benefit greatly from it - but we are always in the position of preaching to the choir.
I thought I was the only one getting fed up with the running infomercial frequently inturrupted by ads, with pitches for sponsors worked in amongst what little content is left in between.
Every now and then we get a little break to rant about football or golf, neither of which I care a hoot about.
If I want sports I’ll tune in a sports station. We have several hereabouts.
Sometimes on Monday I’ll tune in in hopes that Mark Stein will be filling in on another long Rush weekend, but when I hear the same old tea or book pitch again I employ the off or re tune option and listen to something else.
Sure; it’s his show and he can do as he bloody well pleases - but he’s been doing it without me for the past month or so.
Even Glenn Beck is going lame; about all I hear is his two court jester loons going off like hyenas laughing hysterically at each other like little girls on nitrous oxide - and that gets old pretty fast.
These guys used to hold the conservative block together and keep us inspired and informed - now it seems that they’ve both lost their grip. They might be losing their audience as well. Surely the left is delighted.

If you don’t like our responses you don’t have to post these silly threads.
I’m amazed at some of these commints here, it takes allot of money to get the word out and Rush is the best at it!
WAAAAY off base here dude .if you don’t like this thread, you don’t even have to turn your computer OFF - just blow ..
Right there with ya, buddy. I just flip over the my sports talk.
