Oh, and unless you’re comfortable using your real name here, I’d suggest a quick note to the mods, asking for a change of forum handle. Like some have said, libs lurk here and just love to find any way they can to get under a conservative’s skin. You might not want them following you to Facebook or elsewhere.

Yes, I can say I’m classy. I’m well read in Art history, the history or war, American history, British history and a few other things like textiles,porcelains and oil /water paintings. I’m a voracious reader and do not watch cable tv nor mainstream media coverage;other than selected dvd’s. Light classical is my genre but open to other forms of music;e.g., one of my favs is YoYo Ma en studio “Libertango”

I understand. i ‘m not a troll or anything like that. yes, i’m a “newbie” but i don’t believe my opinions are too far off the mark with the general consensus of free republic. I’m just looking looking for a haven of safety even tho’ we know we are monitored by other things like the guvernment
