Very good points!
Can’t watch “Walking Dead” tonight, going to watch National Geographic which is at the same time - “American Blackout”, program about power going off for a long time in this country.
Oh, wait, I can watch “Walking Dead” repeat later at 10 pm my central time.
You know you gotta watch! :D
28 Days Later is the most plausible of the whole genre. It’s also because they are not true zombies, meaning they are not dead people brought back to life somehow. They are living humans infected with a virus that causes them to fly into a murderous rage, and will die eventually because outside of cannibalism, they can’t really feed or take care of themselves.
I didn't know that at amc.com the last two episodes of TWD are available free online for those without cable or if you want to watch it again. Sometime next week tonight's show will be available too.
Love the show and special effects. They sure made them look like they all smell. Especially after getting splashed with zombie guts. How come they don’t get zombie-ized after getting zombie blood and guts on them.I guess they don’t pick their noses.
I noticed similar when looking the family geneologies. Many lived into their 70s and 80s.
Of course, many males died in wars and many young women died in childbirth. And there were diseases, plagues, etc.
Harry Reid? Nasty Pelosi? ODumbo?
the reason is this flu causes the immue system to go into over-overdrive and start attacking healthy parts of the body. that’s why healthy people got nailed hard. good immune systems became too good. that’s what is behind arthritis. ramp it up 100 times.
Please add me to your ping list. Thanks!
since these bodies wouldn’t be making any collagen either, they’d hardly be able to stay togethger, much less tear stuff down, or grab anyone with force.
Some 4 years ago my grandmother was diagnosed with terminal Cancer and given less than a year. A couple weeks ago she faced down the Barrycades as one of the female WWII vets.
I think we could say that her life has been extended by better medical care. The cancer has retreated considerably, she’s not in pain, lives in her own house and takes care of herself. at 88 years old she’s ready but not in a rush.
LOL! The Governor didn’t build that!
;-)
That makes me think of Dale, and how he couldn't manage to throw off that rail-thin walker.
You’ve been added!
We all know Dale’s a wimp.
;-)
It could be one of the girls that Carol is taking care of now. They may be thinking of the zombies as people and feeding them.
You’re right....I don’t see they can even eat anything after all the gore.
Oh yeah...we like that one, too. Steven Speilberg is involved with it, so that makes a big difference.
