It is $134 per person in Georgia.
If the makers boycotted shopping just ONE DAY, as a revolt of having to pay for these takers, I wonder if it'd even make a difference.
She has three kids and is married.
Hubby doesn't give her enough money if she doesn't spread her legs when he wants. And he turns "hateful". Seems like she snagged a real winner there, but maybe it would be a shame to see them split and spoil two houses instead of one.
I'm sure the kids will be just fine. Overweight, but fine.
She has an Aunt that is like a mother to her, and helps her with all her tough decisions. I'm sure she is a Mensa member too.
cull the herd
>> $500/month for 6
About $125/week. Less than $20/day for 6? Wow!
We’re about $28/day for 4 which includes market and bulk purchases.
I’m suspicious because she’s complaining about something a modest person would be embarrassed to reveal.
What’s a Face Book?
” I wonder what her husband does..” I think it’s safe to say that he does eat good.
“It’s free, swipe your EBT, it’s free, swipe your EBT!”
She either lives in a very liberal state, or claims to have 26 kids. That is a lot of food stamps.
So says the lady with the $500 I phone with the $70 a month service plan. Disgusting leech.
“She either lives in a very liberal state, or claims to have 26 kids. That is a lot of food stamps”
I looked her up on FB, she is in Oklahoma
This can't end soon enough.
Keep in mind that if it’s a family with children in school, those kids are getting free breakfast, lunch, and healthy snack. On a school week, that’s 10 of the 21 meals in addition to the food stamps, for each kid.
A quick check of her Facebook page, as well as the Oklahoma benefits chart reveals that she probably made a typo. She likely gets $100+ a month, not $1000+, as there may be some income coming in from her husband. But don’t let my 2 minutes of at least a half-effort at some fact finding get in the way of overblown Internet outrage. Not necessarily yours-this woman’s post is everywhere. If it is indeed accurate, then outrage is warranted, assuming she only has 3 kids. But it appears it isn’t accurate.
Does her family really need food stamps? Beats me. Probably not because food banks and charity pantries, even in small towns, are everywhere. I donate to ours frequently.
Another quick check of her Facebook page shows that Susan Holmes, also from Oklahoma, also married but not listing any children at all in her page (if she had any she probably would since she does list other young relatives) and also on EBT is complaining that her benefits went down from $638 to $602 per month. So if a woman with no children gets $600 it's not implausible to think that one with children gets $1000. But don't let my 2 minutes of fact checking stand in the way of letting you claim the outrage is overblown.
Quick question. Which is more accurate (all things considered, since we’re dealing with the government and random strangers): the official Oklahoma benefits page, or a Facebook page that may or may not include someone’s children? Probably the OK gov page.
Good point.
