My, don't they look proud. But after shooting this rare albino moose near Belle Cote in Nova Scotia last week and posting the pics to social media the trio has sparked considerable outrage, particularly among the region's Mi'kmaq indigenous community.
These guys breached a kind of unwritten code of conduct that has also upset many in the hunting community.

A 300 yard shot is pretty impressive.
Any animal that is LEGAL and edible is shot and consumed by our family regardless if it is white or any other color of the rainbow. If game biologist really thought it to be a truly rare animal, they’d protect it via a regulation.
Hey, our government biologists haven’t put Sasquatch on any restricted hunting list nor the Yeti in the Himalayas.
by the weirdest coincidence any time you see a moose it is hunting season....
“These guys breached a kind of unwritten code of conduct ...”
Well, then, they did NOT breach any legal code of conduct then.
I think they taste a lot like chicken!!!
Oh my nondeity! Someone hurt someone’s feelings by doing something completely legal!
Quick, call the Thought Police on these double plus ungooders!!!
That’s Gods way of telling us what we should do!!!
I love my guns too. I also like a good steak or roast, which I prefer to hunt and kill myself. Moronically, I guess, according to you.
So are you a vegan? A ramen man? Or do you just prefer others to do the bloody work?
Ok a lot of assumptions on my part however if the hunters possessed proper licenses, if it was moose hunting season, and the moose was not protected by a law or special proclamation-then what’s the problem? Any of you could have chosen to kill it or not. Either choice would have been ok to me. Congrats to the Hunter on a rare trophy bull moose.
Thanks! A look back to a time when TV was actually funny! And the humor was intelligent.
Bhwaaaaaa!!!Bhwaaaaaa!!!Bhwaaaaaa!!!
I can’t help you if you don’t know how to make money off of something like this, but others know how. You should google albino animal tourism. People will travel from around the world to be taken to see albino animals in the wild. Albino animal photography generates money. So these morons were thinking with their bellies instead of their heads.
i dont know about HIM but a coupla years back a young bull moose come wandering through the spud patch in july and pa says looks like its hunting season...
I’ve seen half a dozen at least—almost got one with my van one night a few years back. Missed its back end by about a foot.
White Moose bleed a lot.
A word from the if it is not illegal it is right crowd.
I was a vegetarian for many years (10+) and am not calling all hunters moronic, just some who do it for the “thrill”. Animal habitat is shrinking and is it really sport to use scent hiding devices, decoys etc?
Some people don't know right from wrong unless given specific instruction in a law. Alot of these comments are from the if it is breathing, kill it crowd who also probably criticize open carry (no law against it, so it is always a good idea right) and submissive to anything a cop does. Lack of upbringing and religion foundation may be to blame.
