Hypothesis: During a solar sunspot minimum hurricanes and tropical storms will be reduced to zero.
The purpose of this presentation is to put forth an hypothesis that is based on sunspot activity that will project a slight chance in climate, hurricane activity and Polar Ice expansion in the coming years through 2035.

No hurricanes, colder northern latitudes?
During the Maunder and Dalton Minimums, 1645-1715, and then 1790-1830, there were few if no sunspots at all. Global temperatures were driven down, and in Europe, the little Ice Age caused winters so cold, many major river systems froze. There were however, still hurricanes in the Atlantic.

In a word, no, there were apparently hurricanes each year during the Dalton Minimum. Four different wiki pages cover 1790 to 1830.
The forecasts made before the start of the season had ALL forecast there to be above average hurricane activity. The average hurricane season has 6.4 hurricanes and 2.7 cat 3 or above.
The record low for hurricane activity was 2 hurricanes and no cat 3's.
The current hurricane season has 2 hurricanes and no cat 3's. The number of tropical storms is about average.
My FRiend, I think it would be hard to tell. They didn’t keep records then like we do know. Still, the time frame of 1600’s through 1700’s saw a steady stream of Atlantic going sailing vessels, from the gold carrying Spanish Main to the Tobacco-laden Virginia haul and even the infamous slave trade from Africa. And of course, pirates in the Caribbean!
All tell tales of horrible storms that demolished whole fleets. History is full of them. I heard old Blue Beard holed up in the North Carolina Pamlico Sound, to both avoid the law and the storm surge. I’ve read of a terrible storm that just about wiped out 17th century French Mobile in Alabama.

I don’t pick up where you have reviewed the paper but are quick to argue a point and dismiss the work. You must ask yourself a question, though I use Wikipedia for one slide schools will not allow it for school research. I read the same. The problem, who is the source in a world that only allows IPCC reports.
In the pass decade NOAA has split hairs to make man-made global warming the cause of our severe hurricane seasons.
The trend now is no storms by 2025, nearly like the slide at the front of the paper, the one from Wikipedia.
Before the re look, it was ZERO. Don’t be too quick to judge. There is a lot going on to keep the IPCC in good standing. I believe too much is made up to secure the lines.
When I saw Hanson was a guest speaker, I knew the IPCC was still in the mix and I was glad my ticket was messed up and refunded.

Both of this year's hurricanes barely made it to cat 1 status.
It sort of makes you look askance at the Warmists' claims that the excess heat has been going into the oceans, doesn't it?
Wiki is run by the same people who run the IPCC. They also keep any evidence to the contrary of man-made global warming out and off the pages. Thus, schools in Florida don’t Allow it. If you have other sources or hard book cover send a list. Even yahoo or answer. Com are base on number of replies not facts.
In 1911 there was one storm and it was warmer than the mini- ice age. I will stick with my hypothesis. We Are down to 13 storms this year.
Where are you getting your so-called facts? A simple Google search shows there were six storms that year, including three hurricanes.
