Is there any evidence that Roberts was blackmailed when he made his Obamacare ruling . . . which required such contorted logic . . . and left us all hanging? I need to know for an argument I am having.
Hawk; If I remember right a source of his told him that gay child porn was planted on his computer, and that they threatened immediate FBI arrest.
I will take your word for it, I’m not in the mood to look it up, and I stand corrected. However, Obama, Reid, and Pelosi denied it ever was a tax, that I am sure of.

He’s a Harvard educated lawyer, no doubt aspiring to be Chief Justice from birth. How you or I define him is irrelevant.
there is a reason lawyers are so unpopular. Half of the folks lose and half of the half are dissatisfied with the outcome of their litigation.
The Judicial system is not and will never be what you or I may want it to be.
Of course they deny it but that’s what SG Verrilli argued in court. He said it was a tax.

Blackmail would at least be a reasonable explanation, but, maybe Roberts did it for simple greed.

It came out that his kids were illegally adopted overseas. Nothing has been done about it, but the story is out there.
Word is, obama’s minions threatened to take the kids from him and he folded like a cheap suit.
1. Roberts originally said the law was unconstitutional. He was the primary author of the opinion that eventually became the minority opinion. Then very late in the process Roberts abruptly switched and supported the constitutionality of the law. He then wrote the majority opinion. It was hastily written and illogical.
2. Roberts is too intelligent to believe the now it's a tax now it's not a tax sophistry that is in the majority opinion. Even supporters of the majority opinion described it as depending on twisted and contorted logic.
The question is why did Robert's switch his position at the last minute and write an opinion he clearly knows is false.
Either Roberts is completely dishonest or he was pressured. The most likely case is that Roberts and/or his family were threatened or blackmailed.

Then what do we need Supreme Court Justices for, just to sit on the sidelines? Then abolish the Court as they are unnecessary.
The lack of visible evidence is proof of a coverup; and the fact that something was covered up is proof that there was evidence to begin with.
That logic is similar to the line of argument about AGW that has worked to convince political leaders that lack of warming is evidence of the “missing heat” being buried deep in the oceans, thus proving that warming is still occurring ‘at an unprecedented rate’.
Therefore, a leftie should have no problem with a similar argument about Roberts being blackmailed.
Besides, facts won’t matter to them, either way, so just make some up, citing uncheckable sources, the same as they do.
This would explain why Beck is not in politics.

The New York Times either DID an article bringing into question the LEGALITY of his adopted children and the LIES behind his story, or they were working on the story and someone squashed it. Look back at the time when Roberts was being considered and you might find the stories about the story.

No, but consider what NSA has and what Democrats can do with it. One must assume that most congressmen and a number of judgesand who knows who else are being blackmailed, subtly or overtly. NSA knows everything about every pol since the day he was born.
