A doctors office I visited months ago which I payed in full, in cash, for my visit (self pay) because I do not have insurance called and left a voice mail for me yesterday. The office stated in the voice mail that they need more contact information/personal information about me even though I have absolutely no plans to visit them again due to gross incompetence. I suspect they plan to do all their patients without insurance a ‘favor’ and enroll them in Obamacare. This ‘doctor’ of color has already violated doctor/patient confidence by disclosing to third parties information I did not authorize him to disclose. It would be right out of the Alinsky play book to enroll individuals into Obamacare who did not desire such.

Duh, only an idiot would put ANY INFORMATION about themselves on the NSA, IRS, alphabet soup infested ObamaDEATHcare web site. Remember:

"ANYTHING you say (or write in this case) CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF LAW" (capital letters used for emphasis).

Americans are presently living under the tyranny of a lawless dictatorship in which "Dear Leader Obamessiah" views American citizens, conservatives, Christians, patriots, godly, moral men and woman and everyone else who does not agree with him on EVERYTHING he believes or holds to, or wants to do in his single minded quest to destroy the country from within through his "fundamental transformation of America" as "ENEMIES OF THE (i.e., HIS) STATE".

Because we are now viewed as "THE enemy", "Dear Leader Obamessiah" and his entire administration have and will continue to use EVERYTHING, EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION on us they can get their hands on along with EVERYTHING at their disposal to target and destroy his and his administration's perceived "enemies", including anything and everything they can glean from what people unwittingly type into the ObamaDEATHcare web site.

The man (and his entire administration) is utterly nefarious, therefore it is imperative that we conduct ourselves "as wise as serpents, and harmless as doves". See TAGLINE

Some of the sites are riddled with with flaws. Holes, non-working SSL on pages when filling in personal data, etc.

I don’t understand why people are so paranoid here.

It seems pretty obvious that the IRS already knows you exist (and already knows all your personal information).

On future tax returns, they are going to ask you details about your health insurance policy, and they will probably have ways to verify it.

They are not going to forget to ask just because you didn’t sign up on the Healthcare.gov website.

Do not even make an attempt to register, the internet is full of trolls paid by obama to hoodwink you into thinking its best for your family to enroll.

Well, I did that the other day for a legit reason as well as curiosity to see if the system worked. It didn't give me the information I was looking to find. My daughter's stepson is 31 or 32 years old, low income and without healthcare. He has always paid out of pocket for healthcare needs. We doubt that he will sign up for a healthcare plan.

The health care act authorizes the IRS to extract funds from private citizen’s banking account, “As the hhs secretary shall determine”. I read somewhere that this is to make sure that if someone doesn’t pay the fine for not having insurance, the feds can just take it anyway.
And that surely won’t be abused.

“Sorry there Mr. Republican voter, we extracted all of your money in error. We will get back to you soon.”

They can’t even get their website working, so to imagine they have the sophistication to “red flag” people, and the manpower to follow up on it, for some nebulous reason, is a bit of a stretch.

That would be absolutely wicked for you to turn in your family to the govt. I hope you are just being hyperbolic.

I think they can take it from your tax refund but the IRS isn’t allowed by law to garnish wages (I don’t believe).

I am not clear on the law. Is there any need or requirement for someone with insurance and no desire to compare rates to register?

The IRS isn’t allowed by law to target/punish/harass political enemies also.
Laws don’t matter to these people.
They only enforce the ones they want and who they want them enforced on.

Well, if they feel there aren't enough volunteers, they'll just have the NSA extract some from Amazon.com's customer database. :)

If you have health insurance of any type the government has your information.

If you go to the doctor, ER, or urgicare center...the government has your information.

Dare to pay cash for services? The DHS will be visiting you, the IRS will audit you, and your bank accounts will be seized.
