Well, statewide we do have plenty of water, except for the recent droughts, I guess some areas have been impacted a little. It’s just that we have our own well, and we are in a subdivision out side of town that has half acre lots.
That’s a lot of houses and wells concentrated in a small space, and when you are paying to put in a well yourself, you’d like to avoid doing it again, if you know what I mean.
I don’t know how deep the well has to be, but if you search Youtube for drill a water well yourself, there are a number of them. They are labor intensive and not for everybody, but interesting to watch. Now if I was thirty something...maybe.
