Excuse the vanity, but the matter of Zimmerman getting out of his vehicle has not been understood by me. Why did that occur? I have not followed the trial as closely as many have and I've never quite gotten that. Thanks in advance. Kate
GZ called a non-emergency number - not 911
They did not -and have no power to - tell him to stay put. He did not know where TM was how was he following?
It does not matter that he got out of the car - does only TM have the right to walk around?
Kate, it does not matter why Zimmerman got out of the car. It’s not again’st the law to get out of your car. What is agains’t the law is to jump out of the bushes and jump on someone and start beating the snot out of them. Now thats agains’t the law.

He said to find out where he was to tell the police where to come. Now most of us just look at the street signs from our car — never heard of getting out of the car to find out where I am.
He got out of his car because he could.. It is within the law, and it is still a free country, at least for now!

Lessons we have learned from liberals about this trial and race in America:
1. If you are in a car, you are never ever to get out of the car, ever. Never ever.
2. If a black thug is whomping on you, you are to just take it until you are dead.
3. If the black thug reaches for your gun you should just let him have it so he can kill you with it.
4. If a strange teen-ager is walking around aimlessly in a neighborhood that has had a recent history of break-ins, you are to look the other way and to never ever question whether said teen-ager might be looking to rob someone’s house. You are CERTAINLY not ever to keep an eye on him, because that would be “profiling”.
5. Neighborhood watch programs are “racist” because, well, just because.

If you were not a Registered FR Poster, I would think that question and comment came from some Basement Dweller posting on Yahoo.
I also question why you choose to ask others here for the details of the case when they are readily available to you through the Trial Transcripts located all over the Internet.
I am just tired of ignorance ruling the day when the FACTS are available to anyone interested in the Truth.
In case you haven’t noticed, the GZ Haters don’t bother using factual information or any sort of Reasoning in their arguments. When confronted with FACTS, they dismiss them.

If you don’t own a Car and depend on Public Transportation to get around, DO NOT GET OUT OF THE BUS!
If the Bus Driver tells you to get out, DO NOT GET OUT OF THE BUS!
If another Passenger calls for an Amber Lamps, DO NOT GET OUT OF THE BUS!
If a Madman puts a Bomb on the Bus that will explode if the Bus goes slower than 55 MPH, DO NOT GET OUT OF THE BUS!

GZ had as much right to walk in that apt. complex as TM did. TM ambushed GZ as he came around the corner.
The aggressor was Trayvon Martin. Had GZ not had a gun he could have died & TM would be charged with murder & likely convicted.
