I’m not sure it’s true she didn’t do it before the jury. She did it twice, and the first time was while MoM was trying to question a witness. So, I ask, is it SOP to do it *before* the Defense is finished? I understand before resting, but while they’re still questioning a witness? (That’s the part that has me sure she did it before the Jury.)
I’m confused.
When she asked Zimmerman if he wanted to testify it was not in front of the Jury.
I believe the first time she asked GZ if he had made a decision on whether or not to testify it was during a break in Mr. Root’s testimony. The jury was not in the courtroom at the time.
