I believe the first time she asked GZ if he had made a decision on whether or not to testify it was during a break in Mr. Root’s testimony. The jury was not in the courtroom at the time.
This is crazy. Any potential witness, sequestered, could watch every ounce of this hearing right at home.
I am guessing the judge already has made up her mind. There she blows.
The motion for sanctions on J. Donnelly is denied. He did not know about sequestration before the trial and his sitting in at the trial did not influence his testimony.
OK. West’s objections were simply because he was not finished. The proper time to ask “the official question” is after the Defense has finished with all the witness, and before resting?
On another track...is the persecution going to do a long rebuttal, or is it done already?
I know. Already answered. I am sorry if I seem behind, but I have not been able to fully engage today and I am not in command of the day’s events (like I ever can!).
