WE can yearn for the good old days but time marches on and those with no moral-Judeo-Christian base will continue to metamorphisize into something “modern” as the verneer of civil society falls to the wayside.

Change is inevitable and moral decay will come to a slothfull society - it has always happened in history.

Those that “cling” to what was will be looked at as anachronisms but that's OK too because, in them, there is true value, respect and civility. There will always be higher value and moral plane so stick to what you believe in with the basic tennets of a good and wholesome life.
