JACKSON, Miss. (AP) A lawsuit in Mississippi says a man was seriously injured after he was attacked by yellow jackets, jumped off his riding lawnmower and was run over by the machine.
Everardo Garfias says the cutoff switch should have disengaged the engine when he jumped off the Husqvarna lawnmower.

It’s terrible his pit bull didn’t recognize him after all that and felt so offended with his master laying on the lawn.

He probably saw ICE coming and he tried to hide under the lawnmower.

They don’t understand enough English to read about how corrupt ICE is. They know what the word “sue” means though.

He was probably cutting ICE’s front lawn at their headquarters.

I wouldn’t doubt it. It couldn’t be Napolitano’s, she crawls on all fours and chews hers, they just can’t find anyone blind enough to milk her in the morning.

From an audio recording: “Your ass is grass and I’m the lawnmower...”
To: VeniVidiVici
“I smell fraud.”
I smell stupid.
I can bet he tried to stop the mower by pushing against it and it knocked him down or he was trying to get back on the mower while it was moving and fell.

So, what damage to him did the mower do?
A riding mower would do significant damage, if the blade was engaged and it 'ran over him'.

Well, I had a hand-pushed lawnmower, and if you stopped squeezing the lever on the right handle, it would stop. Pain in the neck when you have ethanol gas in the engine, which is almost impossible to get started again.
So, I just wrapped a bungee cord around it. It would stand where I let go of it, but would continue to run in place while I picked up a stick or whatever and then continued the mowing.
If I somehow managed to run over my foot with it (not an easy thing to do), it would not have occurred to me to sue the company for letting me wrap that bungee cord around the “safety” lever.
