My mother just called and said she’d made it home. Her cat was annoyed with her.

I’m glad your mother was able to visit. I got the photos developed, and will upload them from the CD soon. My feet are so swollen, it isn’t funny, and I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve taken my pills, drank tea, coffee and beer, but nothing is helping. GAH!!!

Mom also said to tell Bill he looks dreadful in his pictures, and he needs to shave, change his clothing style, and eat more cheezburgers. She didn’t criticize his haircut, at least.

That’s only part of the group from yesterday, and there were two First Communion Masses the previous Saturday. I think it was around 75 children. There are also a couple who will make their First Communions on June 2 at the Spanish Mass.
I was surprised to see that Vlad was taller than some of the other boys, even though they’re older. I don’t see him that often with children his own age: usually with James and Pat!
