What Happened When The Mods Pulled My Post?
About a quart of Gin ^ | April 9 2013 | A Demented Mind

I just spent alot of time posting!

I see that, looks like you hit a small bump.

Pictured: Small Bump

What happened?
Well, someone set up us the bomb?
I'm serious!
Oh, well.. looks like your post got pulled.

Augh! I spent alot of effort on that! How did it happen?!
Couldn't be because you were doing it wrong?
Image and video hosting by TinyPic

What the, how'd you get that video of m-- uh.. I don't even wear that!
Right Skippy. *cough* Well, since you asked, here's how posts get removed.
First, if it is against TOS it gets seen.

Then it gets marked.

Okay, I have that much.
Then the mods gather:

Pictured, mods gathering.

I don't think that's how it looks, I..
Look, do you want an answer or not?
...Yes?
Right, carrying on.
Then they back their vehicle up to your post.

Whoah! What the heck is that thing?!
It's a machine, that eats other machines.
With this:

I don't see what this has to do with my post vanishing, can you tell me wha-
Watch it question boy! I have a flamethrower!

You want to vanish like your dog did?

What the?! No, not Roozer too!
To be fair, your dog WAS drunk.
What?! Who would even... please don't point that flamethrower at me.
Right, and after they saw your post off the entire forum, they set it on fire.

Wait.. that man. His face, and fire! Oh GOD WHY?!
Oh, HIS post was all about his face, so the mods set it on fire.
After that, they used the ashes to open a gate between our world and theirs, like this:

BLECH! That's horrible!
And those tentacles! GAAAH!

If you think that's bad, you should see what happens when the mods get their hands on a bad thread.

Pictured: Mod hands

Oh look, here comes a mod now.
Looks like they want to ask you about that thread you just posted.

Gaaah! Tell them I'm indisposed!

Pictured: Moderator, dunno which one.

Tell them yourself, they're right behind you.

Wait, don't run away!
We haven't gotten to what happens when they edit your thread title!

This concludes our sordid fictional tale.
If you liked that, we have plenty more in the book "Oh the horrible things you'll summon!" rumored to be written by IamnotaMod

I thought you were going to tell us it said,

"Na-na-na-naaaaa. Hey, hey! Goodbye!!!"

“The ghost maced me! Why would it DO that?!”

Naah.
That cat was a Tonkinese, and he always made that noise on the stairs.

Afternoon. I washed the blankets in the cats’ bed and got a filter full of clean fur. I suppose I could stuff a pillow ...

I think it would have worked better if you’d washed the blankets in the washing machine.

Oh, that would have kept the room much drier.

“I suppose I could stuff a pillow ...”

...with the cat that is “helping”?

Would you want to mount the pillow on the wall or something?

This is a very new concept to me. I’ve never seen anyone stuff a pillow so I’m not sure how you display it.

Actually, I never knew pillows were alive. It explains some of the dreams I’ve been having lately.

Well, it would resemble a hanging cat hammock in form.
Probably in function as well.
The placard beneath would confuse people immensely.

I decided to avoid cat-crafts today.

You had way too much furry unhelp with the crafts?

I have way too much un-furry help with crafts, which is why I don’t accomplish much these days!

We got decorations for Sally’s birthday party, which coincidentally has a cat theme. They’re going to decorate pots and plant catnip, among other activities.

‘Face just texted. She’s in Idaho, for some reason not clear to me. I thought she was going from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City.

‘Face says she’s supposed to be in Pocatello, Idaho. I was confused. All is well.

Good for you!

We barely have spring. It’s supposed to arrive on Saturday.

We barely have spring, by our standards. It’s like 7 years ago, when my sister-in-law from England said (in mid-May, drizzly weather in the 50s), “Oh, now I feel at home!”

I thought she was meeting two people in SLC, they’d all squoosh together in one car and drive to Idaho.

Maybe that’s it. Perhaps one doesn’t fly to Idaho! Anyway, she’s arrived at the destination intact, although alcohol-free.

I drank some wine for both of us.

If you get a spinning wheel, you can make yarn out of the catz’ fur and then knit sweaters that they will demolish out of curiosity.
