Everyone is free to marry anyone of the opposite sex they choose.
The fact that a small percentage of the population isn’t attracted to the opposite gender is hardly grist for a national referendum on the definition of marriage.
It sounds more like a personal problem to me. But, hey. I’m pretty traditional in my outlook on such things.
Better solution than perverting the definition of marriage is that everyone will now ONLY have “civil unions” recognized by the gub’mint. Same as how Christmas and Easter are now “Winter” and “Spring” “HOLIDAY”.
Tell your gay worshiping friends that they no longer are MARRIED but “civilly united”. Certainly they can UNDERSTAND that, can they not? Try talking to them as a 3rd grade child, just like our president does.
