What can I say, the baloons in the background just make the image.
Botched bungicide?
We don’t DO that here at the Flying Castle, for that is precisely what such foolishness would be; the pliosaurs in the moat would NOT have missed.
Greek yogurt is the only “out” for many who can’t handle lactose, plus — ounce-for-ounce — it’s got 1.5 to 2 times the protein of regular yogurt, half the sugar, and less than half the sodium.
Mrs. HKMk23 swears by it.
Makes a great sub for sour cream in almost every case. Puree your favorite mix of fresh berries, freeze, then cut into plain Greek yogurt for an awesome frozen yogurt dessert. [This berry dessert is double-awesome made with fresh heavy cream, if you ever want a serious indulgence.]
The plesiosars are into eating fish, principally Tilapia.
They seem to enjoy human company, even being playful with an occasional swimmer, tossing him into the air. I haven’t had any reports of anyone injured, although quite a few have gotten the fright of their life!
The real thrill comes from “accidentally” falling from the inside of our hull canopy, when ostensibly doing maintenance up there. We have crews standing by twenty-four seven, for the stray meteorite puncture of the “glass”.
We can’t afford to lose atmosphere, so we stay alert. At one-third gravity, the fall isn’t as dangerous as it sounds, and each crewman (crewwoman) has a glide-chute for emergencies.
Somehow they manage to have a lot of emergencies.
We lost the last of the Navajo Code Talkers awhile ago. Reflection makes one appreciate the sacrifices that the brave men and women who came before us made so that we can be free.
That is so nice of you.
Yeah, Ralph was always planning on sending someone else — usually Alice; he never had the yen to go, himself.
Hah! Your gardening is as serious as a lead pipe! You go, girl!
Prayers up, my FRiend.
Read fast and couldn’t see any baboons in the background. Then, upon considering the scenario, I decided that Cyber Liberty isn’t the only person on the UT to whom I’m related.
I wasn’t going to mention this, but I mix Greek yogurt with lowfat cottage cheese and add ranch seasoning to it for a nifty dip with sweet bell peppers. Have had it for breakfast a couple of days in a row. You can bake with it, too. Your wife’s idea sounds very good.
LOL!
That was the high point of the closing ceremony of the Olympic games, if you ask me. Whatever else your countrymen have done to dim Britain’s greatness, that you will put up irreverent humorists as a featured act in such a grand occasion gives the rest of the world hope that you’ve not forever lost touch with your souls. Were he still living, I’d have half expected a cameo appearance by Benny Hill somewhere in that mix; perhaps in among the Brazilian women doing the Samba...
Good night and sweet dreams, y’all!
Thank you, dear friend. Moose and I go back a ways, working the FReepathon. He’s the neatest guy, and the loss of his relative must have been difficult, regardless the veteran’s advanced age.
I’m very pro-veteran, and I’m always crying over them when I hear that they have passed.
The water in our moat isn’t quite that clear, but that’s a good picture of a Plesiosaur.
Funny story, how we came about getting that old girl ...
That's because the baboons escaped in a frenzy after ingesting the coffee.
Only managed to catch one of them, and only because it was seeking shelter from the solidified globull warming that is falling from the sky...
